Hello,

I also got the ALTER TABLE problems in my Database...
I read more people have the same problem but I couldn't find a solution.

Anyone who can help me out?

I did the update but now i got two different database errors:

tx_multishop_configuration Rows: 84 Table exists!
tx_multishop_configuration_group Rows: 12 Table exists!

Anyone knows how to solve this?

This is not a bug.

We provide the default configuration settings through those 2 tables.

When you already run the shop and you want to update you must always disable these two checkboxes, otherwise your web shop settings will be resetted.
