Where can we switch dollars for euros in the system? I have not been able to find a toggle for that. I have the country set up as US.

Thank you -- Tony

Did you try this? ... (presuming installation and configuration per Multishop documentation and youtube video) ...

1) "Sign In" for front-end editting.

2) At bottom right, mouse-over "SYSTEM" and click "SETTINGS".

3) Near top of the SETTINGS page, you can see the country number selection.
(See example screenshot "SYSTEM SETTINGS" attached.)

4) Click on "WebShop Country ISO Number" to change the country setting. You will be presented drop-down choices that name specific countries.
(See example screenshot "Country" attached. Therein you see "United States" has been selected.)

(Note: The "global" setting pertains to the entire collection of shops; whereas, the "local" setting pertains to a specific sub-shop. Usually both settings would be the same.)

Multishop looks to "Static Info Tables" (see extension of same key name) for country information according to ISO country number. That's where it finds how to format currency and to apply currency symbols (like "$" for USA).

However, I have seen a problem for which I have not yet a clue. On the product detail page, the USA "$" symbol is being overridden by the Euro "€" symbol. I also need advice how to fix this problem.

The Euro-override problem is not happening on the Specials Section Listing. So it's not a system-wide problem within MultiShop; rather, it appears related to the processing of the Product Detail Pages.

Hope explanation helps for most of your site. Hope someone can help with the Euro-override bug. Best wishes everyone!

Yours,
Joe

Thank you. I had accidentally installed an older version of Multishop. Now that I have 2.x in place I was able to find the settings. Now I will finish setting up the system.

Best regards -- Tony

The quickest approach is to use the Multishop admin panels "wild search". Just type in the keyword "country" and the setting that you are seeking should show by the jQuery Autocomplete.

If you want to know all the settings, just go to SYSTEM / SETTINGS.

Did anyone find the solution to the US dollar changing to Euro on the product detail page? Rest seems okay.

Thanks

Had to wait for Typo3.org to finish it's site update. Updated Multishop, version is 2.0.17. Issue is still there, Country code (both global and local) is 840 (US).

Thanks!
