Hi there,

I recently discovered that my shop doesn't notify me about incoming orders. I entered my email-address in the 'Send Order Confirmation Letters also to'-setting field, though.
Do you have any ideas why I don't receive any mails?

Best regards,
Mirco

Hello Mirco,

Concerning your problem with the notifications, did you set the correct CMS page for it?

When you are logged in to your TYPO3 Multishop, please click on the option CMS (in the top menu).

In the new screen that opens, select the option "Add new page". Once this option has been selected you can choose as type "E-mail order confirmation letter". In the content field you can give in your message for the notification. Once you save it, you should receive a notification when a order has been placed.

Thank you very much! I didn't knew about the CMS...
But I had some issues with the dynamic markers: the address number didn't show up in the ###DELIVERY_ADDRESS### and the ###CUSTOMER_EMAIL### field was always blank.
Am I missing something else?

Thanks in advance and best regards,
Mirco

Hello Mirco,

Concerning the dynamic markers, which TYPO3 Multishop are you using? This was a known bug but has been fixed already. I advice you to upgrade to the latest TYPO3 Multishop (2.0.14). The problem with the dynamic markers should then be fixed.

Thanks again!

I just updated to 2.0.14 and the delivery address marker shows up completely.
The customer email remains blank, though...
