Hi,

Is it normal that when I change the order statut with the new select box (see image attached), no notification mail is send to the customer ? (As it is the case when I change the statut by editing the order ?)

This is on purpose. If you want to reply to the customer you have to open the order and add your comments in the 2nd tab.
