For some reason the paypal payment notification doesnt seem to work.

The following URL is used in paypal:
http://www.mysite.com/index.php?id=32&type=2002&tx_multishop_pi1%5Bpage_section%5D=paypal_ns

But the "paid" icon doesn´t change to green.

Does anyone know why?

Hi, Puci (Peter)

Could be similar problem to mine.

My payment status also doesn't change on my test-server. I also bring up this issue in my thread. But my "multishop" is not for merchandise, but for exercise catalogue only...see here icon_redface.gif

Hi Ming,

our usage for Multishop is quite similar. I´m using it for selling seminars.

I can help you with some of your questions from

https://www.typo3multishop.com/forum/list_post/several-questions-for-my-multishop-not-for-merchandise-but-for-exercises-printing-288/

so I will answer you there.

A solution for the Paypal Notification would be very important for me, so if you have any further ideas, please post them.

Greetings
Peter

Do you get any mail with the subject "YOURDOMAIN.COM PAYPAL PAYMENT" in it? Cause the notification script mails you paypals post request.

Hi Bas,

thank you for your helpfulness.

No, I don´t get any mail automatically. I only get one with the subject "PAYPAL PAYMENT", if I enter the link in the browser directly. Then I receive the message:

Ok that means that Paypals Instant Payment Notification (IPN) doesn't contact your notification URL. Did you enable the thickbox on PayPal that it should contact the URL?

This description is what I mean:

https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_admin_IPNIntro
https://www.paypal.com/ipn

Yes the IPN was set up correctly and the radiobutton was enabled. The IPN history also showed that the notifications have been sent.

As far as I can see in the paypal account and the IPN history, I don´t get any VERIFIED message from the listener. It seems as if the listener wasn´t working.

But on our sites it's working properly. Have you checked your web server log and see paypal connecting it. If it's not doing that it's logical nothing happens.
