Hello,

First I wanted to congratulate the developers for all the work they have done!

I have two questions after installing Multishop and completing a transaction with paypal.

When I was setting up the payment method, I had to enter a field "CODE", I think it is my paypal account ID? (something like NXDXJDXDXHXHX)

My second question is: Why is my order status still "NOT PAID" when it is paid (I received the paid notification mail)?

Here is my paypal configuration in multishop:
CODE: NXDXJDXDXHXHX
Handling Costs:
paypal_email_address: XHXHXHX@gmail.com
Test: false
Autosubmit: true
open_in_new_window: true

Sincerely,
Marc.

We have sent an update that now contains new manual. It's not covering your questions yet, but I thought you would appreciate it to mention it:

http://typo3multishop.com/fileadmin/user_upload/documents/manual.pdf

The code field is the internal unique identifier of the payment method and is more related to Multishop than to the PSP. So you could name it anything! I suggest to name it just: paypal.

To be able to update the order status to paid you need to enable your PayPal account to send IPN message to your Multishop installation. You can find more information here:

I've already updated my paypal account and i've mentioned the url:

http://www.mysite.com/shop/?type=2002&tx_multishop_pi1%5Bpage_section%5D=paypal_ns

What is "paypal_ns" for ?

Thanks, again icon_smile.gif

No, I really don't understand why, all the process looks good, the paypal account has the right configuration. But all the orders are still marked as "not paid" :'(

I've configured some psp CMS pages, but I don't know if there is any link between psp cms pages and IPN paypal notification ...

My paypal account received an email, so I can link the order with the email notification and mark the order as paid manually but... i would prefer it automatic of course. If you have any idea, tell me icon_wink.gif

Did you enable the enable IPN messages checkbox on Paypal? Cause entering an URL to your shop is not the only thing you need to do.

More info can be found here:

https://www.paypal.com/ipn

If it's not working let us assist by adding the username typo3multishop to your Skype.

I have more informations ! icon_smile.gif

I check my IPN history, and all the message are not sent because of 404 error.

So I've created a paypal sandbox test account and tried IPN tool.

I've produced the exact paypal IPN message to mark my orders as paid in these tool and here is the message :

IPN delivery failed. HTTP error code 404: Not Found

I've desinstalled realurl, but the problem is still the same.

I've activated register_globals in my site root directory with an .htacess

I've checked my IPN URL :

http://www.mysite.com/?index.php&id=99&type=2002&tx_multishop_pi1%5Bpage_section%5D=paypal_ns

register_globals is totally not related to your issue. I advice you to turn it off and never set it on as it gives security risks that you really don't like to have.

The 404 HTTP error says it's something else that is not related to Multishop but most of the time a RealURL (configuration) problem.

I see the URL is bad:

http://www.mysite.com/?index.php&id=99&type=2002&tx_multishop_pi1%5Bpage_section%5D=paypal_ns

Should be:

http://www.mysite.com/index.php?id=99&type=2002&tx_multishop_pi1%5Bpage_section%5D=paypal_ns

Open this URL in your browser and tail your web server error log and see if it raises the 404 error again. If not update your PayPal account to the new URL.
