Hi all,
I've installed multishop ext on my Typo3 and everything works fine with a single shop, but I cannot understand how to implement a real multishop into same page tree. I don't understand which is the discriminant object for different shops.
I suppose "Multishop Core Page Setup (multishop)" static template or "Core shop" plug-in into tt_content object. I tried different ways and combinations, but without success: all shops see all categories, products, etc.

I think "Multishop Root Page Setup (multishop)" static template have to be one only in the root website page.

PS: Is plugin.multishop.shop_pid constant the page uid where I put "Multishop Core Page Setup (multishop)" or "Core shop"?
PPS: I tried multishop with typo3 not in webserver/domain root (ie http://www.mydomain.local/typofolder) and Multishop doesn't work

Some suggestion?

Best Regards,

I have a similar problem. I know how to create a core shop (thanks to the video tutorials, it helped a lot!!!!!) but not sure about creating what seems to be the essence of the multishop which is multiple stores. In the documentation there's a mention about slave stores. I assume that they somehow inherit from the core shop but don't know exactly how it works. For example I'd like to create different prices for different groups or even particular clients. Lots of known commerce shops are lacking in this feature. So maybe I could use slave stores just for that purpose.

Please update the documentation or even better make a video tutorial about it.

I also don't understand the thing with the slave shops, but I'm gonna need it in the future...

If it's just about different prices, you could make user groups etc. in the typp3 backend. Multishop adds a tab for users discount to the user settings, if that helps.
