In reality when somebody creates an order a account will be saved into the database.

You can completely customize the checkout. For example that you add one step before the real checkout starts.

Just adjust this array for that:

PHP
if (count($shipping_methods) == 0 and count($payment_methods)==0)
{
	$stepCodes = array('checkout_address', 'checkout_review', 'checkout_finished');
}
else $stepCodes = array('checkout_address', 'checkout_shipping_payment_method', 'checkout_review', 'checkout_finished');

You could also adjust your login page. For inspiration check:

Good morning everyone,

before the checkout, i would like :
- my current customers to login to their account, edit their data and then checkout (already registered page)
- my future customers to create an account and then checkout (not yet registered page).

I tried out using "create account" and "edit account" plugins under Multishop but it did not work out.

How could i make what i am planning to do ? (basically the same thing as displayed at www.bbms.nl/inloggen/

Hello everyone,
I tried to customize the checkout and add a step for the user to login. I adjusted the array as mentioned above and created a php file for this step. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to get to the next step?? Are there any hidden value which I have to pass, so the script redirects to the next step?
