Hello,

I am interested in using typo3 multishop for my new project. I have installed the shopmand i'm very excited from the nice look and the functionallity! Now my first questions:

Templating
My biggest problem is the templating. In the version v3 should be an template function, is this true? It is very important for me to have the possibility to design details-page for example.

Directlink
Is it Possibke to create an directlink to an product-detail? Or is the only way through the list pages from multishop? Or is it possible to create a special page for one product?

V3
When comes the version V3? Is there still any date?

Looking forward to your answers,

Philipp

Hi PHB,

"templating"... is already possible, you dont have to wait for v3.
in your fileadmin folder you can create several templates for each and every thing you want to do. (just like html-templates, css-templates etc.)

"directlink"... sure it is possible, create a product, copy the link to the product and use one of many ways to link it. e.g. a simple href in a html-block.
for that you can also create a new page.
just use the backend for that.

"V3"... i dont know, bas wasnt in the forum for month (seems to me) and there is no support at that time.
parzival tries to help a lot here, but i cant give an answer icon_wink.gif

so long..

Thank you for your answer. I only find a way to customize the products_detail.tmpl file. There are no templates for the list-view, the categories view, etc. Also the products_listing.tmpl which path is customable over the Constant-Editor ist not to find in the multishop folder...

Am i wrong? Can you help me?

Hi PHB,

could it be, you are looking for some html-templates, what you can´t find??

There are no html templates at this moment. the templating is done by php-scripts.

You can find the original templates within the extensein (extension manager):

For example single view:

scripts/front_pages/products_detail.php

for example list view:

scripts/front_pages/products_listing.php

all other templates you´ll find on the same place.

In these scripts there are html parts, what you can customize without knowledge of PHP. The customized scripts you put into a folder on fileadmin and call them via aministration panel instead of the original files.

If you only want to customize the look and feel (colores, fonts, tables, etc.),
the best is to do it via the CSS.

I used this one:

templates/500/css/core.css

and have customized it vor my own purpose.

Hope I could help a little!
