Hello,

I did the update to version 1.0.38 Multishop. Now I have lost for the display of payment and shipping. But in my database, there are still all the information.

Have you ever had this? How do I fix it?

Thanks a lot

Best regards,
Cindy

Hi,

i also did the update and detected the same bugs. If i want to add a payment or shipping method it pushes me to the rootpage.
the url looks like this: www.domain.de/#
apart from that i can't create categories. if i create a category it appears in the database but not in the category editing or in the category selection list (by adding a new category). they seem to end up in nirvana... i barely remember that the categories and products were saved in backend in the core shop page, aren't they?
- now the listing does not show any categories or products.
What is wrong in my configuration?

thx and regards

Since a while the shipping and payment methods are multi-language and contains a HTML description field.

If you login as admin user to the front-end press the bottom right menu:

SYSTEM / SYSTEM / DATABASE COMPARE

Multishop will compare your database structures and tries to fix it dynamically.

Please let us know if it helped!

Hello,

Thank you for your replay.

I had a backup of my tables, so I restored multishop's tables.

Then, in Extension manager, I upgrade again my tables et this time, it was perfect.

One note: be careful with the automatic check of the configuration tables, there is a risk of losing all the settings. Maybe you should deselect them?

Thank you very much !

Hi Skywalker,

can you please write how you solve it. I have still the same. Also the Pictures are not opened in a box. Instead at the top of the screen. I think also jquery Pob.

Saludos Oliver

Hi Oliver,

one/some jquery-libraries were double-included in my page. look into the source code and remove scripts that are included twice (from other extensions). sometimes they can be deactivated in the constants-setup. you can also try to solve the problem by using the extension "t3jquery". it analyses all jquery-dependencies in your pages and merges them to one library. in most instances it helps...

i hope this hint is useful to you!

best wishes,
Anneke

This is why in the beginning we decided to ship Multishop together with internal jQuery and HighSlide libraries.

Now Multishop is fully depending on your t3jquery setup. If you load double jQuery libraries it's a pain in the ass and most of the time the pulpit problem.

As always use firebug to see if there are no JavaScript errors, before sending a forum topic that it's not working.
