Hi,

after installing the shop 3.0.4 using the installation guide I log in as admin.

1) the search bar (top right) is not shown properly (submit-button on the left of the defined search field, but no area to type in text)

2) when I open the system settings and try to open any available settings link like image settings it opens up an url like http://example.com/[object Object]#module2 which is not a useable url.

Please help.

Do you get any javascript errors?
Are you using jQuery 2.0.X?

Sometimes when you configure a plugin in TYPO3 6.X.X. the cache is not correctly cleaned. Force to delete the cache on disk by running the following command on the web folder:

rm -rf typo3conf/temp_CACHED_* typo3temp/Cache/*
If you use Zend Opcode reload the webserver afterwards, cause that opcode also caches.

If nothing helps you could try our default package. If that one is working for you, you can compare the configuration with yours:

Hello again,

I installed the T3 jQuery - extension version 2.7.1.
Its configured with jquery 2.1.x, if I switch back to 2.0.x and redo the creation of jquery library nothing changes.

I deleted every cache and do not use zend. - No effect icon_frown.gif

What I found out that after installing the extension in the install tool the database anayzer offers a very long list of changes to be done.

Examples:

ALTER TABLE fe_users CHANGE tx_extbase_type tx_extbase_type varchar(255) NULL default '';
Current value: varchar(255) default ''
ALTER TABLE fe_users CHANGE uid uid int(11) NULL auto_increment;
Current value: int(11) auto_increment
ALTER TABLE fe_users CHANGE pid pid int(11) NULL default '0';
Current value: int(11) default '0'
ALTER TABLE fe_users CHANGE tstamp tstamp int(11) NULL default '0';
Current value: int(11) default '0'
ALTER TABLE fe_users CHANGE username username varchar(50) NULL default '';
Current value: varchar(50) default ''

Even if I apply the changes (or try to do them manually) it takes no effect to the db analyzer - The messages still stay.

I have updated the ext_tables.sql file so that TYPO3 6 is accepting the table definitions:

http://git.bvbmedia.nl/multishop/commits/8d640165820ef85f5c5b3d805e6195158049bcb6

Do you use our default installation? If so can you pull the latest updates from Bitbucket?

# open the multishop directory
cd /var/www/domain.com/web/typo3conf/ext/multishop

# download latest updates from Bitbucket
git pull

Yes you see the column field change messages again, but if you then accept the changes by submitting the form than the message will dissappear.

Nearly finished icon_smile.gif

Now I got these messages that ever appearing:

select/deselect all
ALTER TABLE tx_multishop_attributes_options_groups DROP PRIMARY KEY;
ALTER TABLE tx_multishop_attributes_options_groups ADD PRIMARY KEY (attributes_options_groups_id, language_id);
ALTER TABLE tx_multishop_shipping_methods_to_zones DROP KEY zone_id;
ALTER TABLE tx_multishop_shipping_methods_to_zones ADD UNIQUE zone_id (zone_id, shipping_method_id);

All others are gone icon_smile.gif

Thanks a lot so far!

Sometimes TYPO3 extension manager does not fix database changes correctly. In ext_tables.sql you can find the definition. What happens if you drop those 2 tables and let TYPO3 add it again?
